One Way to Detox In 30 Minutes or Less!

I have wanted an ionic foot detox bath since I found out they were a thing. At first, I thought, “there’s no way that those actually work.” This article from Pacific College convinced me that they really weren’t a fraud. Then I discovered that friends of mine were paying big money for sessions with their chiropractor and seeing/feeling a difference. WHAT?! Now I definitely needed one.

I’ve done a lot of digging and research, but no one I talked to had one in their home. Then I met my friend Michelle through an online class and we totally clicked because we both do loads of research on health resources before buying them. She’s a massage therapist and teaches yoga and meditations and she has a foot bath! After chatting with her, I knew she had a winner at Optimum Detox. (PS, I have a code at the bottom to save you 10%!)

Obviously, I purchased mine IMMEDIATELY. And when it arrived… there were no bubbles, no ionizing, nothing (for serious, right?!). I contacted the company and they were AMAZING! They had me troubleshoot a few things and confirmed the array was broken, which they sent a replacement for right away. They even gave me a 10% off code for my next purchase. Talk about customer service!! When the new array arrived, I went right to using it and the amount of junk coming out was disgusting. The flakes don’t come right off your feet – the ionizing array attracts the detoxing material and so it seems to come off the array, but that’s where it’s being collected – like a magnet.

So does it really work?

YES! There are 5 people in my family and although there are typically some similarities in our baths, each one is a little different, especially mine – which I have some theories about. We mostly have orange/brown flecks in our detox which are from joints, arteries, and liver. Mine has a lot more black flecks which are indicative of heavy metals – gross! I’m all about getting that junk out of my body.

After I do a foot bath, I feel lighter, less achy, and sometimes even more energized. I’ve battled athlete’s foot for years (that’s another long story about gut health), but I actually feel like this is helping too! See, I love to soak my feet, but even an Epsom salt bath didn’t have the effect that the ionic bath does.

It’s so easy that the kids do it too and because it’s pulling junk out rather than mobilizing it in your body to be processed out, I don’t see much for detox symptoms. One half hour and it’s done. I like to detox after I feel like we’ve been exposed to something that would bring our immune systems down. Our home is pretty toxin free, but the world is full of pollutants, so I work hard to protect us and keep our frequencies up.

So remember that 10% coupon they gave me? Well, I went back and bought 3 more arrays (each array lasts about 30 detoxes), and a package of foot bath liners. The detoxing was staining my bathtub orange, so using a liner saves so much clean up time!

To use the bath, I line the bath with a bag, fill it with water to temperature, add the small spoon of salt (or about 5 shakes of the table shaker), plug in all the power cords, and RELAX. It’s really that simple. I do avoid electronics while soaking because I don’t want any interference.

So if you’re ready to get started… here’s the details!
