Easy Throat Drops You Can Make at Home!

Have you ever made your own cough drops? Here's a simple recipe you can follow!

Young Living cough drops may be too "spicy" for some little kiddos, so I make these instead!

This recipe is super simple: - 1/2 cup coconut oil (whip it up with a beater)

- 1/2 cup honey (whip it into the whipped coconut oil)

- 1 tsp organic cinnamon (whip in more... you get the point)

These are the oils I add... but you can totally pick any oils you'd like. This is where you can have fun!

- 3 drops Lemon Vitality

- 2 drops Peppermint Vitality

Whip everything together one last time with the oils, and freeze in drops. You could put dollops on parchment paper on a pan, or I use a simple ice cube tray like this one.

To make sure they pop out easy no matter what ice tray you use, give it a quick spray with coconut oil.

No matter what oils you add, you can enjoy them knowing they're yummy, soothing, and safe!

I will say, please know your oils. They should come with a Seed to Seal guarantee that ensures they're 100% pure and safe for ingestion. I'd be happy to answer any questions you may have!
